Asst Manager / Deputy Manager – Export Documentation & Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment export documentation
2. Assess country wise requirements of Phyto, Spices Board, COO and obtain the same on time
3 Coordination with CHA, Customs, Banks, DGFT, EIA, ECGC etc.,
4. Effective negotiation of ocean freights and follow up on logistics / container stuffing etc.,
5.Coordinate with Overseas customers and follow country wise documentation, product labeling & quality requirements.
6.Coordinate with QC, Production team for labeling, dispatches
7. Apply and follow up on Export Incentives and schemes as and when necessary
8. Coordinate for ISF and US FDA related work.
Experience:
Graduate / Post graduate with 5 to 10 years experience in Export documentation and logistics.
Candidates with experience in Food export or FMCG export background preferred.
Decent communication skills written and spoken
Disciplined and problem solving skills required.
