This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and techniques, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• A keen eye for details and resolution orientation
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances
• Editing and proofreading skills
• Customer orientation with the ability to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviewing social media posts and responding within the agreed first response timeline.
• Monitoring customers' engagement and feedback on every post.
• Creating or personalizing written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting customers to take action.
• Optimizing content for different platforms.
• Collaborating with various teams to resolve queries or concerns and to contain viral posts
• Monitoring social media metrics.
