Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative concepts for various design projects, encompassing logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web pages.

- Foster collaboration with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design coherence and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

- Assume ownership of design projects from conceptualization to execution, involving the creation of sketches, wireframes, and prototypes, conducting user research and testing, and presenting design concepts to the team for feedback and approval.

- Continuously innovate and enhance design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to sustain a competitive advantage and drive ongoing improvement.

- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs, ensuring visual appeal and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1.5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity, emphasizing visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.

4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
