Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated US Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at GEx Search, a global recruitment company. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent for our clients in the IT and Executive sectors. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a US Recruiter, preferably in the IT or Executive sectors
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Experience with both IT and non-IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and identify top talent resumes from various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Present qualified candidates to clients and provide comprehensive information about their skills and experiences
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities
