Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join bnbme, a leading player in the vacation rental industry. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our offline sales by leveraging your established connections within Corporates, Relocation Agencies, Travel Agents, and the Dubai Government. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven B2B sales background and a robust network in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in offline sales, focusing on corporate, relocation, and government sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporates, Relocation Companies, and the Dubai Government.
- Identify new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and demonstrating the value of bnbme’s vacation rental solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities, continuously identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, client acquisition, and retention objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Represent bnbme at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in hotel sales, particularly with corporate, relocation, and government contracts.
- A strong network with established connections in Corporates, Relocation Companies, and the Dubai Government.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality or vacation rental sector is a plus.
