Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and management of our mobile app. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful mobile applications, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving feature development, and ensuring the overall success of our mobile app.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the mobile app, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver highquality and user-friendly mobile app features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Analyze user feedback, app analytics, and performance data to make informed product decisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with development teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories, and ensuring timely sprint planning.
• Lead user testing and gather feedback to iterate on features and improve the overall user experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the mobile app and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically focused on mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app platforms (iOS and Android) and their respective guidelines.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
