Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Executive. This role requires exceptional communication skills and advanced knowledge in MS Office applications. As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities: 

➢ Develop and execute marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing materials.

➢ Sales generation and lead conversion: Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels (Client meetings, site visit, phone, email, social media, events) to generate leads and convert them into sales. Identify new business opportunities and establish fruitful relationships with clients.

➢ Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.

➢ Market analysis and reporting: Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, market analysis, and recommendations to the management team.

➢ Product knowledge and training: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and benefits. Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including sales representatives, to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

➢ Collaborative teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor's or higher degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

➢ Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.

➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences

. ➢ Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with expertise in creating professional presentations and reports.

➢ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

➢ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

➢ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

➢ Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive decision-making.

➢ Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
