Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team at GetVantage. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or tech/fintech company.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
• Gather requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve product usability.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and inform future product iterations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to drive product innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product success.
