Job Description :

• We need proactive, motivated and confident professionals having strong Communication skills with 3+ years of experience with Banks/ NBFCs/Investment Banks/ other such financial institutions.

• ·Expertise in handling end to end deals sourcing, evaluation, execution, fund raising, investor relations, disbursement and timely performance monitoring of portfolios companies.
• Identifying debt investment opportunities in early to mature stage start-ups and SMEs in social & environmental impact sectors, conducting financial and business due-diligence, and managing portfolio of companies.
• Financial Valuation, creation initial pitch desk, developing financial models
• ·Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients
• ·Managing a team of associates, client meetings, site visits, evaluation of prospective customer and market, understanding client’s requirements, structuring proposals/deals within company’s credit guidelines.
• ·A strong knowledge of commercial lending products from coverage perspective or relationship banking experience would be an added advantage
• ·Requires Direct Relationships with Banks/Financial Institution
• ·Good network and database of SME sectors
• Ensure portfolio growth by prospecting for new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients, predominantly SME.

Educational Requirements :

·       Qualification: - CA/MBA Finance or equivalent
