Job Description

1. Candidates will be involved in counseling parents / IELTS aspirants about the courses.

2. Making multiple cold calls to potential clients and closing the sales.

3. Should be able to convert the leads into sales.

4. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with the management to understand the sales goals, Future planning and Business Development plans.

5. Should be able to maintain a strong sales pipeline for the future.

6. Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.

7. Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.

8. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

9. Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned, Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.

10. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

11. Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.

12. Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email. 13. Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT.

14. Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback.
