We are hiring an experienced software developer for Demand App POD.

He should be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, software architecture, design patterns,

and development methodologies. Skilled in mentoring 3-5 individuals and leading

end-to-end projects. Capable of solving complex technical challenges, driving

innovation, and collaborating closely with product and design teams for timely project

delivery. Experienced in cost optimization and adept at handling a minimum of 2

PODs.

Core skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and coding

Expertise in low-level design and high-level design

Competence in SQL and NoSQL databases

Capability to conduct code and design reviews

Proficiency in computer science fundamentals

Knowledge of deployment and production environments

Core Experience:

6+ years of hands-on development experience with a focus on coding

and deployment.

Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with about 5+ years of

practical experience in implementing algorithms.

Good experience in managing both SQL and NoSQL databases

4+ years of experience in low-level and high-level design, along with

engagement in code reviews and a solid understanding of computer

science fundamentals

Good experience in Java and Spring boot
