Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager / Technical Architect with expertise in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams, architecting scalable systems, and participating actively in code and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring throughout the development lifecycle.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable software solutions using Python, Django, or Flask.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintaining high standards for code quality.
• Engage in design reviews and architectural discussions to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and scalable for future needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and achieve business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Profound expertise in Python and experience with Django or Flask frameworks.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing software development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience in the fintech domain is highly desirable.
