Candidate will have proven experience working in a fintech/ banking industry, show excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be a role model and mentor to team members. It’s a Core sales role with strict sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Establish and locate a possible synergy between the Client and Getepay.
· Win new business development opportunities (originating, structuring, executing) with high-growth regional, or local.
· Accountable for optimizing resources to achieve volume and revenue targets. Deliver financial objectives including revenue, payment volume and market penetration objectives
· Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day- today basis.
· Having good level of knowledge of the payment industry and regulatory environment
· Coordinate with different teams for making process smooth
· Cultivate and manage relationships with clients to ensure & promote cross selling.
· Achieve monthly targets in terms of Revenue

- Fluent in English/Hindi/Regional Language
