Responsibilities:- • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. • Coordinate with CEO/CBO, attend & arrange meetings • Be available to travel as needed to attend business meetings, sales events, and industry conferences. Your presence will be crucial in representing our brand and fostering valuable relationships with clients • Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of individual and corporate clients on a day- today basis. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. • Having good knowledge on Sales. • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking, assisting the sales team in expanding our clientele. Requirements and skills:- • Experience as a sales coordinator & good griping on sales or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
