The Field Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with current and prospective clients within a designated region. This role involves regular face-to-face interactions with clients, identifying business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping to achieve the company’s sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, working to expand the company’s presence in the area. Generate leads, develop proposals, and close deals.
• Client Onboarding and Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure successful product or service adoption.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the sales and product teams to improve offerings.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner, offering solutions to any challenges or problems that may arise.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales. Regularly report progress to management and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
