Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Beamer. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing company. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the SaaS industry
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the skills required
- Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
