Job Overview


We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Beamer. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing company. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the skills required
  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
