Marketing Operations Analyst
Beamer is a customer communication platform for product releases designed to help businesses engage their customers and drive product adoption and user retention. We are expanding our growth strategies to reach and enable SaaS and PLG Product leaders and marketers and provide them with an engaging channel to communicate product launches and releases. We are looking for a Marketing and Revenue Operations Analyst to help us scale operations for our PLG and Sales funnel and drive meaningful actionable insights from our GTM initiatives. Responsibilities:
Own the Marketing and Sales tech stack including implementation, troubleshooting, stakeholder training. Ensure that marketing, sales and product data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality
Perform in-depth analysis and tests to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Work with stakeholders to understand their problems, needs and requests. This involves asking the right questions and understanding the business needs of cross-functional teams.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide Insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in PLG funnel, as well as campaign, lead and opportunity management.
Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, performance, and business impact.
Establish and manage the lead routing processes to ensure the smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team and seamless flow of other lead segments across marketing channels
Perform advanced analytics, business intelligence and reporting for wide range of growth initiatives
Work with ad-hoc requests to create campaigns, list uploads, data cleanup, nurture flows etc.
Requirements
4+ years of Marketing and Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS, ideally product-led growth environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting in systems such as Hubspot (preferred) or Marketo. High proficiency in Excel.
Working knowledge of GA 4, tag manager implementation, Google analytics, Tableau or similar tools, CMS (Wordpress preferred).Familiarity with A/B Testing (Processes and tools).
Strong understanding of marketing and sales metrics and KPIs
Working knowledge of productivity tools (Asana, Monday, Jira) is a plus.
Strong quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with a passion for numbers.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build relationships and drive initiatives across a diverse set of stakeholders, functions
Curious, independent, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, etc.); Master's is a plus.
