Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, job posting and offer management
• Work with the executive team to identify and develop specific sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a focus on specialist and hard to fill roles
• Act as first point of contact for candidates applying to more senior permanent roles, delivering exceptional candidate experience throughout pre-screen and shortlisting to hiring teams.
• Act as Onboarding Coordinator to manage job offer processes and handoffs for onboarding.
• Provide HR policy/practice interpretation and guidance. Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner
• Manage vendor relationships as required and participate in regular reviews and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
