Job Overview

We are seeking a Branch Executive to join our team at GEO VPL Finance Pvt Ltd. As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Supervise and train branch staff
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies
• Manage cash operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
• Coordinate with head office and other branches for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
