Hexxa Geo is seeking a highly skilled Tender Executive to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Screen and filter relevant qualified tenders from websites and portals.

2. Study and analyze tender documents in detail.

3. Interpret and convert technical specifications.

4. Compile tender specifications into Excel for easy reference.

5. Evaluate the techno-commercial aspects of projects for tendering and bidding.

6. Communicate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and follow up on necessary documentation and responses.

7. Communicate with OEM /Supplier for tender pricing and payment terms for betterment of Cash flow.

8. Prepare and organize documents required for tender submission (technical and financial) with the help of concerned personnel.

9. Ensure timely submission of tenders, including rate analysis, tender feasibility, risk evaluation, bid preparation, and bid submission.

10. Conduct necessary studies and participate in pre-bid meetings with the support of the reporting manage

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in tender management, specifically in government tenders
