- Manage and oversee all billing and payment processes.
- Ensure all bills are cleared on time and resolve any payment issues promptly.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to address and clear billing issues.
- Facilitate timely receipt of payments.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing documentation.
- Demonstrate strong management and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Hindi and English.
