We at GenZS Recruitment Solutions are hiring for Non IT recruiter for our client for chennai location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in bulk hiring and end to end recruitment. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in recruitment, specifically in the non-IT domain.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in identifying and attracting top talent. (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best terms for both clients and candidates. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. (Mandatory skill)
- Solid client management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitability.
- Effective relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with both clients and candidates.
- Market research capabilities to stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT positions, from sourcing to hiring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment to ensure a good fit for both clients and candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
