The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in bulk hiring and end to end recruitment. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in recruitment, specifically in the non-IT domain.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in identifying and attracting top talent. (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best terms for both clients and candidates. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid client management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitability.
• Effective relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with both clients and candidates.
• Market research capabilities to stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT positions, from sourcing to hiring.
