Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Scrum Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively within an Agile team environment. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Provide clear and concise communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
• Develop user guides and training materials to support the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and validate technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve issues and defects during the development and testing phases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the business analysis function.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and Agile methodologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Scrum Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in a Scrum environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling large e-commerce and CRM and ERP projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proven experience in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
