Job Responsibility:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (CentOS, Oracle Linux, Alma Linux, Rocky Linux)
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Patch and update operating systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux technologies and trends
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to plan and execute the migration of on-premises systems to AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of Kubernetes clusters to support our applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, Kubernetes, and application deployments.
- Develop and maintain scripts in Python and Bash to automate deployment, monitoring, and management tasks.
- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for scalability, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, with a preference for Python.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts using tools like Terraform or Ansible & CDK As Well - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
