Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for Management & Employees, including booking flights, hotels, Visa documentation and rental cars, as well as coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Booking: Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for employees, ensuring the best possible rates and travel options.
2. Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, including arranging for transportation, accommodations, and meetings.
3. Travel Policy: Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, including obtaining approvals and managing expenses.
4. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and rental car companies, to negotiate rates and resolve issues.
5. Travel Support: Provide travel support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing travel guidance.
6. Expense Management: Manage travel expenses, including processing expense reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
7. Reporting: Generate reports on travel activity, including travel spend, vendor performance, and employee travel habits.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality travel services, including conducting quality checks on travel arrangements and vendor performance.
