Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior SDET Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis, with opportunities available in Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, and Bangalore Urban. As a senior-level position, candidates should have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This role is essential in expanding the skills of our trainees in software testing and test automation to meet the diverse needs of today's tech industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in test automation with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and reliable automated test scripts.
• Proven proficiency in Playwright (Mandatory skill) for modern web application testing, ensuring high application quality.
• Experience with Mobile Automation (Mandatory skill) to enhance testing strategies for mobile applications.
• Strong background in Software Testing including functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for automating mobile applications and ensuring robust test coverage.
• Experience in Android Native and iOS Native testing, providing comprehensive mobile test automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of Playwright Automation, enhancing testing efficiency for cutting-edge technologies.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills to effectively train and develop junior testers and trainees.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on test automation and software testing techniques.
• Mentor and guide trainees on best practices in mobile automation and utilize tools like Playwright and Appium.
• Develop course materials and training documentation to support learning and development initiatives.
• Assess trainees' technical abilities and provide feedback to improve their skill sets and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the training team to identify training needs and customize curriculum to client specifications.
