Skills/Qualities Required:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (preferably GoLang, but open to Java, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and building scalable, microservices-based architectures.
- Proficiency with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for automating deployments.
- Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and Design Patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton, Observer, etc.).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Proven experience with debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
