Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level Salesforce Trainer for GenSpark India with a job location in Thiruvananthapuram. This Fixed-Term-Employment position involves training individuals and teams in using Salesforce efficiently. The role necessitates expertise in Salesforce platforms and a passion for teaching, along with strong communication skills to relay complex information effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, capable of designing training modules for comprehensive learning. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in Apex Programming to train participants in developing robust, scalable applications. (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated experience in using Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Familiarity with the Trailhead Training Platform to guide users in an interactive learning environment effectively.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange to introduce trainees to solutions that extend Salesforce functionalities.
• Ability to use Data Migration Tools for transferring large amounts of data between different Salesforce editions with minimal disruption.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ to configure price quotes quickly and efficiently, addressing practical implementation issues during training.
• Skill in integrating Salesforce with third-party apps to ensure seamless data flow and functional integration, augmenting Salesforce capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce training programs tailored to various learning modules and audience requirements.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in person or online, demonstrating best practices and effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
• Assess participants' skills and knowledge through evaluations, providing constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to align training objectives with GenSpark's strategic goals and client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce developments to incorporate the latest features and best practices in training sessions.
• Develop training materials, such as manuals and presentations, tailored to different skill levels and learning paces.
• Support and mentor trainees by addressing queries, reshaping teaching methods according to feedback and learning progress.
• Work closely with GenSpark's consulting teams to ensure training programs meet client-specific requirements and align with industry standards.
