Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive level PEGA Trainer based in Thiruvananthapuram for a Fixed-Term-Employment position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about training and development and possess in-depth knowledge of the PEGA platform. This role involves imparting essential PEGA skills to our trainees and contributing to their career advancement in the tech domain.
Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of PEGA with practical experience, including PEGA Studio Basics and PEGA Data Handling (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with case management basics to enable effective training sessions that cater to various learner profiles.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting case issues to assist learners in resolving potential challenges efficiently.
- Deep understanding of integration basics to equip trainees with necessary skills for seamless system integration.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience to provide real-world problem-solving sessions that enhance trainee capabilities.
- Expertise in monitoring and performance management to impart strategies for optimizing PEGA applications.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute structured training programs that achieve desired learning outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on PEGA, tailored to different skill levels and learning paces.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical sessions to ensure trainees gain practical PEGA experience.
- Assess trainee progress through tests and assignments to provide feedback and tailor instruction as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PEGA developments to integrate innovative practices into training programs.
- Collaborate with the development team to align training content with actual project requirements and standards.
- Mentor and guide trainees in their career development, offering insights into industry-specific best practices.
- Maintain training documentation and resources for future program iterations and trainee reference.
