Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior MERN Shopify Trainer for a freelance position located in Hyderabad. This role involves delivering specialized training programs tailored to both new graduates and existing professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MERN stack and Shopify, along with the capability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth experience with React.js, MERN, and Shopify (Mandatory skill), essential for crafting effective training modules.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, as one must develop and teach backend JavaScript environments efficiently.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, crucial for guiding trainees in non-relational database management.
• Basic knowledge of EmberJS, required to broaden the understanding of front-end frameworks.
• Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to breakdown complex technical topics into digestible lessons.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage a diverse audience.
• Ability to customize teaching materials according to the specific skill levels and needs of different participants.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on the MERN stack and Shopify to diverse learners.
• Create engaging course materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, tailored to specific learning goals.
• Evaluate participants' performance through tests and feedback, and provide tailored guidance to improve their skills.
• Mentor learners individually, supporting them in overcoming challenges and guiding their career development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate newly acquired knowledge into training curriculums.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continually enhance teaching methodologies and strategies.
• Assist in sourcing new participants by conducting workshops and informational sessions about GenSpark India's offerings.
• Provide input on post-training activities and support initiatives to ensure continuous learner engagement and application.
