Job Overview

GenSpark India is seeking a Senior JIRA Trainer with expertise in Groovy Scripting for a freelance, remote position. This role focuses on guiding tech professionals in effectively utilizing JIRA and Groovy Scripting to optimize project management and development processes. Your expertise will help shape learners' abilities in key areas within a dynamic and evolving environment.

The training program will span 4 weeks, providing comprehensive insights and practical skills to attendees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with JIRA (Mandatory skill), its integration, and customization to suit business needs.
• Expertise in Groovy Scripting (Mandatory skill), enabling effective customization and automation within JIRA projects.
• Proficiency in using Connect Add-ons to extend JIRA's capabilities and functionality as per project requirements.
• Skilled in configuring custom fields in JIRA to capture varying project data efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in creating custom preset filters that enhance project visibility and streamline task tracking within JIRA.
• Adept at developing automation workflows within JIRA to boost productivity and reduce manual task loads.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share technical knowledge and complex concepts with trainees.
• Ability to design training sessions that are engaging, informative, and tailored to different learning styles and levels.
