Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Java Full Stack Trainer for a senior-level position in Thiruvananthapuram. The role requires a full-time commitment and a minimum of 7 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong ability to train and mentor others effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Java programming with a proven track record in developing and training on Java-based applications. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot for building cloud-native applications. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud-native applications with a thorough understanding of cloud platforms. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong experience with front-end technologies, particularly JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and React.
• Hands-on experience in microservices architecture for scalable application development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver complex content clearly and effectively.
• Ability to tailor training approaches to suit varying proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Proficiency in a range of development tools and version control systems, ensuring practical instruction aligned with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native applications for diverse audiences.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Assess training needs and tailor approaches to enhance learning outcomes and skill acquisition.
• Guide and mentor learners, addressing individual queries and reinforcing their understanding of concepts.
• Keep abreast of new developments in Java and related technologies to ensure training content remains current.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training objectives and align sessions with business requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine methods to improve participant engagement and performance.
• Contribute to the development of GenSpark India's training strategy and participate in team meetings and initiatives.
