The system: AS/400 is IBM’s most reliable, stable and secured system. Although once termed as mid-range machine this server gives performance as that of Mainframe machines. The choice of international Bankers, automobiles industries, pharmaceuticals is used by several network user in world.

Objective: This course intends to make IT professional independent and efficient developer on AS/400. He should be able to venture into several areas of AS/400 and explore the great potential of this system. The following objectives of the course to be fulfilled.

1. The participants should have basic conceptual knowledge of AS/400 and operational awareness with system administration.
2.  They should build a path towards development on AS/400 using High Level Language using ILE RPG, CL/400, SQL/400. They should also be learning allied activities during development like taking backups, printing reports, Coping objects.
3. They should be learning DB2/400 the leading RDBMS on AS/400 with most of the common feature to make application more effective.
