Job Overview

GenSpark India is seeking an experienced Freelance Guidewire Trainer at the Senior level. The role involves delivering comprehensive training in Guidewire Insurance Suite. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth understanding of Policy Transaction and UI Architecture to enforce effective learning. Expectations include delivering tailored training programs and enhancing trainees' understanding of the Guidewire system. This freelance position offers flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise with Guidewire Insurance Suite (Mandatory skill) to deliver effective training sessions, contributing to the learners' practical knowledge and confidence.
• Proficiency in Policy Transaction (Mandatory skill) to articulate complex processes with clarity, ensuring trainees comprehend the nuances of transaction management.
• Strong understanding of UI Architecture (Mandatory skill) to support learners in comprehending interface designs and user experience considerations.
• Firm grasp of Data Model to facilitate learners' grasp of data structures and flow within the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Experience in Application Set-Up for training environments to enable learners to engage with hands-on practice and real-world scenarios.
• Ability to conduct Application/Studio Walkthrough providing guidance on navigating and utilizing Guidewire tools effectively.
• Proven skills in Training Delivery creating an interactive, engaging learning experience that caters to various learning styles and skill levels.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical information and ensure understanding amongst diverse audiences.

• Develop and deliver training modules focused on Guidewire Insurance Suite, enriching learners' technical acumen and application understanding.
