Job Overview

GenSpark India is seeking a freelance C Trainer for our Chennai location. This role focuses on training recent graduates and existing employees in C and related technologies. The position requires a deep understanding of advanced programming concepts and aims to enhance participants' technical skills in line with industry needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in C++ with the ability to design efficient algorithms and solve complex problems (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Data Structures, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, and queues (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Multithreading techniques, demonstrating the ability to write concurrent programs (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum to efficiently manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Experience using JIRA for tracking issues, planning sprints, and managing project workflow.
• Understanding of Data Types, their applications, and appropriate scenarios for their use.
• Ability to define and use Constants effectively in the coding process, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on C programming and its applications to enhance technical skills.
• Develop curriculum and assess learning materials tailored to the needs of recent graduates and existing workforces.
• Facilitate hands-on coding workshops to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure practical understanding.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and industry experts to align training programs with current market needs.
• Regularly evaluate and provide progress feedback to participants, enabling them to reach their fullest potential.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in programming technologies and integrate them into the training modules.
• Leverage industry-standard tools such as JIRA for organizational efficiency and project tracking.
• Act as a mentor and support system in nurturing participant growth and career development.
