Qualification: BE/ B.Tech

Work Experience:1-3 Years ( In Ceramic industry working experience must 

Age: Max to Max 26 Yrs

Job Description:

1. Achieve shift production as per plan:

A. Work in the shift to ensure that the same is being performed as per SOPs and monitor process parameters for any corrective action where required

B. Address deviations and abnormalities as per SOP and escalate the same where required as per laid down norms and inform the next shift in charge.

C. Record all the processes as per defined guidelines

2. Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity & reduce cost:

A. Ensure proper tools & tackles are provided to manpower for achieving higher productivity

B. Ensure that the raw material is being handled and utilized properly.

C. Manage work with available manpower to ensure that the shift operations are not affected

3. Implement desired changes finalized to ensure desired quality:

A. Ensure that any corrective and preventive action taken for addressing customer complaint is effectively communicated to workmen and followed in the unit

4. Proper upkeep of machine and work place to maximize availability of machines:

A. For preventive maintenance, handover the machine following SOPs to the maintenance team and takeover the same post maintenance after proper testing.

B. Supervise replacement in line equipment with standby equipment, where available

C. Raise the job order for maintenance of the failed equipment

5. Ensure safety during the shift working to minimize man-days lost

A. Following the safety procedure, record any incidences, near misses and initiate the standard process in case of any incident or injury coordinating with concerned departments and authorities.
