• MA English, MPhil (With First class either at Master’s or Bachelor’s) with minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Teaching / Industry / Research at the level of Lecturer or equivalent
• Outstanding presentation, written and communication skills.
• Creative pedagogies and innovative instructional methods implemented.
• Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
• Assess, monitor and review student activities and academic progress.
• Implement innovative career-enhancement programs.
• Active participation in the department and college activities.
• Interest in departmental functional committees.
• Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions.
