Job Description for Business Development Manager:
Responsible for Lead generation, Direct sales, and Growth of existing accounts.
Develop new business accounts and meet sales targets through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
To stay informed and up-to-date on industry news, competitor activities, and product knowledge and to constantly strive to improve your own skills.
Manage the assigned project through proper planning and execution, schedule activities, and report follow- ups.
Preparing Business Strategy and Revenue Plan for the fiscal year and executing it to meet or exceed fiscal year revenue objectives.
Drive commercial negotiations and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the company policies.
To participate in meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and OEMs to resolve project-related queries and issues.
Mapping clients requirements and providing best solutions to suit their requirements.
Working cross-functionally with the purchase, project, delivery, and logistics’ team.
Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, and business and market trends
Preferred Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales in either Gifting, Interior Designing, or trading companies
Strong existing sales network.
Multi-lingual
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Total-3-6 yrs Of Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry knowledge of either Courier/Logistics, Interior Design, or Building/Office Supplies
