Job Description:

· Telemarketing / Emailing for new lead generation – Existing / New customer base.

· Allocation of enquiries to concerned Executives

· Preparation of proposals and sending them to customers

· Follow-up of enquiries up to the Purchase order, including price negotiation.

· Coordination with Accountant for Order Processing

· Coordination with delivery Coordinator for Site Inspection and delivery

· Coordination with accountant for invoicing and ensuring invoices reach the right person at customer location.

· Payment follow-up and collection.

· Regular contact with existing customers for feedback, satisfaction levels repeat sales and references.

· Maintenance of complete customer data base.

· Collection, Collating, and maintenance of complete commercial information like product prices etc.

· Collection, collating, and maintenance of complete product information.

· Maintenance of records for Sales invoicing and Collections.

· Complete tracking of incoming enquiries from various portals and data analysis of conversion and missed opportunities.

· Managing Activities and conversions of tele sales team.

Report Generation:

· Daily Activity reports

· Daily Lead generation / Prospect status / Orders / Collections

· Service quality feedback – Daily

· Weekly Sales / Collection reports.

· Complete MIS report for Managing Director
