Require Graphic designer - ( FIGMA EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)

FOR A LEADING LUXURY BRANDED GROUP OF CONMPANIES IN CHENNAI .

Experience - 2 - 3 years minimum

Conceptualize and Create Designs

• Generate creative concepts and designs for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, and more.

Visual Identity

• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other design elements.

Graphic Production

• Prepare and optimize designs for print and digital production, ensuring high‐quality output. This may include working with printers, web developers, and other production professionals.

Software Proficiency

• Utilize graphic design software such as FIGMA & Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) and other relevant tools to create and edit design assets.

Stay Current

• Keep up‐to‐date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Feedback and Revisions

• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions, ensuring the final product aligns with project objectives.

Quality Assurance

• Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy and consistency in design elements, typography, and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in an in-house corporate or agency role
• Ability to represent and communicate art direction with supporting data/strategy
• Expert level in InDesign, FIGMA * Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and other Graphic Design tools
• Extensive experience with vendor management
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with pitching concepts to multiple stakeholders
