We are looking for candidates our Client company position of Company Secretary in the CS firm in Shenoy Nagar, Chennai location.

Chennai Based Reputed CS firm Looking in to Qualified CS. for work experience and exposure in CS firm.

Only consider applying if you are a fully Qualified Company Secretary.

Job Description:

• ​Registration of new companies in legal portal
• Ensure correct Companies Act
• Registering – changes to Directors, Secretaries,Addresses
• Assist with coordination of Statutory Accounts for trading companies
• Online filing of Confirmation Statements
• Adequate knowledge in companies act
• Good communication skill with account

Industry : CS firm

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CS.

Experience: 0.6-1 Year

CS : 0.6 Year (Preferred)

Total work : 1 Year (Preferred)

Location: Shenoy Nagar, Kodambakkam, CMBT, Aminjikarai, Anna Nagar, Nungambakkam & Mahalingapuram. (Near by candidates Preferred)

Skills required:

Should have strong experience in handling CS, Company Secretary, Compliance, Regulatory Compliance

Qualified gradate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Good Experience and exposure in all company sectorial aspects.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

Excellent organization and time management

A flexible and practical approach to work.

Discretion when handling confidential information.

Maintain a diplomatic approach towards issues.

Confidence to provide support to high profile company staff and board members

Language:

• Tamil/English (Preferred) any other regional language is added advantage

License/Certification:

• Qualified CS
• Tally (Preferred)
