Experience : Candidates should have 5 yrs and above experience in NBFC(Preferable Gold Loan)

Age Limit - upto 45 age

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Branch Operation & Development in profitability
• support the Branch Staff in Business Development activity
• Ability to handle the customer

Ensuring Monthly Sales targets are meet with acquisition in NTB (New to Bank) and Existing customers.

Existing customers are pitched for Gold loans.

Ensure month on month growth for Gold loan business/per branch.

Ensure Fee Income target is met on total disbursals.

Customer Follow ups to be done at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal pending cases.

Co-ordination with valuers to be done time to time basis.

Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms.

Ensuring healthy collections maintained

Ensure branch compliance in Audits and ensuring proper communications to customer before any packet Opening

Conduct Marketing activities in the local market for generating NTB gold loan customers.

Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the branch region

Salary will Negotiable for the right candidates

Preferably candidates from Muthoot, Manappuram, ICL, Chemmannur, IIFL or any reputed Chennai based Gold Loan organizations
