Responsibilities:

Financial Record Maintenance:

· Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the organization.

· Record financial transactions and ensure data integrity in accounting systems.

Bookkeeping:

· Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

· Monitor budgetary performance and provide insights to improve financial efficiency.

Financial Reporting:

· Generate financial reports for management review.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Audit Assistance:

· Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

· Provide necessary documentation and support for audit processes.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding financial transactions.

Ensure timely payment processing and maintain positive vendor relationships.

Month-end Closing:

Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded.

Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Tax Compliance:

Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
