Job Overview


We are seeking a International Voice Process professional to join our team at Genesis HR Services, a leading service providing company in Bangalore. As a Junior International Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling international customer calls and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the voice process domain.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 0 - 1.6 years of experience in international voice process or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Any Non-Engineering Background Candidate can apply

  • Handle international customer calls and provide prompt and efficient service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
