Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Gems Digital Media Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, and it is ideal for a fresher with up to 1 year of work experience. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
• Assist in addressing employee queries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
