KEY SKILLS:

• Craft sales pitches for sales team. Creative ppt building skills, communicate and interact with global customers.

• Assist sales team in qualifying prospects, develop the pipeline, build propositions and POVs on customer pain points.
• Provide product knowledge support to sales team about the product and services features and benefits, solution approach etc.
• Knowledge of data privacy compliance such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS etc.
• Manage end to end RFPs from the date of receipt to final submission, coordinate with multi-disciple teams.
• Experience in drafting SoWs and taking them to closure with HR, Finance, HR BU.

• Analyse potential markets before product / solutions launch. Develop competitor analysis, proactive on market intelligence, POV on differentiators and offering USP.

• Contribute to strategy meetings with marketing team, develop marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of data privacy compliance such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS etc.
• Manage end to end RFPs from the date of receipt to final submission, coordinate with multi-disciple teams.
• Experience in drafting SoWs and taking them to closure with HR, Finance, HR BU.
• Strategic Thinking & Analytical Thinking.
• Sales skills - written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills - ability to reach out to different stakeholders and divisions to provide value.
• Experience in client facing is must.
• Collaborative skills and working with tight timelines, project management skills.
• Foster a data protection culture within the Group and help to implement essential elements of the data protection (e.g. principles of data processing, data subjects’ rights, data protection by design and by default, security, data breaches management) 60&70%.
