Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst – Data Analyst and with relevant regulatory reporting experience of at least 5 years.
- Should have a good understanding of CCAR / DODD Frank or any related FED Reporting platforms.
- Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Banking Regulatory Reporting Domain
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Excellent documentation skills BRD, FRD and Use Cases is a must.
- Proven skills on fundamental analytical and conceptual problem-solving
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent hands-on experience in SQL & doing data mapping is a must
- Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like understanding BRD, FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation.
- Strong Communication and excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
- External BA certification (IIBA - AAC/CCBA/CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance)
