Position: UI/UX Developer

experience: 4-5yrs

Location: Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and Development:

o Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications.

o Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas. o Implement designs using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

o Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. o Design and develop CMS websites using WordPress, including theme and plugin development and customization.

 Branding and Print Collateral:

o Design and produce print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and promotional items.

o Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

 Digital Assets and Graphics:

o Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website elements.

o Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

 Presentations:

o Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for corporate, product, and project presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience:

 Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a UX/UI development role.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Skills:

 Technical Skills:

o Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript. o Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

o Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices. o Knowledge of WordPress for designing and developing CMS websites.

o Knowledge of SEO best practices is an added advantage.

 Design Skills:

o Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw).

o Experience designing for both digital and print media.

o Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web interfaces, digital graphics, and print materials.

 Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

o Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box..
