JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

1. Excellence in real estate/insurance sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.

2. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

3. Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.

4. Good communication and negotiation skills.

5. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.

6. Ready to take-up the pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Experience: - 0 to 5 Year
