Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Surat, Navsari, Ankleshwar, and Bharuch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality assurance and have the required manual testing skills to contribute effectively to our product lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies to ensure product quality through systematic test processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, report issues, and provide feedback (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in designing comprehensive test cases to cover various aspects of software functionality and user scenarios.
• Skillful in defect tracking, ensuring that identified issues are logged, reviewed, and resolved promptly to enhance product maturity.
• Adept in conducting regression testing to verify changes are successfully integrated without affecting existing functionality.
• Knowledgeable in various quality assurance practices to enforce high standards across the product development lifecycle.
• Analytical skills to evaluate software applications critically, identifying potential weak points and improvements.
• Attention to detail to meticulously verify that every feature meets the predefined acceptance criteria and specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing on software applications to identify and document bugs and inconsistencies.
• Prepare detailed test plans and test cases to ensure complete coverage of software features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to understand project requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct regression and user acceptance testing, ensuring all changes are systematically verified for quality assurance.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to report test findings, offer insights, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in regular QA team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, testing progress, and any roadblocks encountered.
• Maintain updated records of test progress, results, and defect tracking in established tools and databases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance strategies.
